JNV, Golaghat was established in 1994 in Chinatoli of Golaghat District in a temporary building and the vidyalaya was shifted to the present complex in Chinatoli in the year 2002.The Navodaya Vidyalaya System is a unique experiment unparalleled in the annals of school education in India and elsewhere.
