KES International School formerly known as Shree Mumbadevi Mandir (proposed ICSE) is now registered with University of Cambridge International Examinations for CIE IGCSE program. The school is on S.V.Road, situated at a stone’s throw distance from Khar railway station in Mumbai.The Khar Education Society from which the school derives its name was formed in 1934 it took over ‘Bal-Mandir’ which was started in 1930, added further classes and named it ‘Sharda Mandir’ in 1993 at Khar Mumbai, and brought it under its banner.
