There was no good school in Sohna Town, till the establishment of this school,which had been imparting instructions in English Medium. The parents desirous of giving good, proper and result-oriented education to their children, found it difficult to do so in the absence of a proper institution. They realized that the future of many talented and intelligent children was at stake for want of proper education, and to give wholesome education to their children in schools situated out side Sohna was far from their reach (barring a few) due to financial limitations. Consequently a few elites and the social reformers from the town, visualized the necessity of an English Medium School. The dedicated efforts of these visionaries led to the establishment of this school on 1st April, 86.
